1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the 777xb website at 777xb.app and all associated services, software, content, and functionality made available through it.
• "User," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "777xb," "we," "us," or "our" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account through which a User accesses the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or conditional balances awarded to a User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum betting turnover condition that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777xb Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 777xb Platform. Your continued use following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Use of the 777xb Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777xb does not permit access to or use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting activities are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal position before registering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and CNIC or other identity document as required for KYC verification.
• Only one Account per individual person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances therein may be forfeited.
• You must not be a politically exposed person, on any sanctions list, or otherwise prohibited from engaging in financial transactions by applicable regulation.

777xb reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Account Management

Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their 777xb Account credentials. You must not share your password, session token, or one-time passcode with any third party. 777xb will never request your password through any channel.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified 777xb of unauthorised access and taken all reasonable steps to secure your Account. Notification must be directed to [email protected].

Users may request Account closure at any time. Pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules before the Account is closed and any remaining eligible balance is processed for withdrawal.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 777xb are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are as displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency transfers where available. Availability of specific methods may vary.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Users who have not completed full KYC may face restricted withdrawal amounts until verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for deposit may require additional verification.

777xb does not charge fees for standard PKR withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by method and are indicated within the withdrawal interface at the time of request.

Any deposits made in excess of stated limits, or deposits that cannot be attributed to a verified payment source, may be held pending investigation and returned to source without processing a corresponding withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 777xb sports betting section, including cricket, E-Sports, and other markets, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, as published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between general Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules prevail.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 777xb system, it may not be cancelled or amended except where 777xb exercises discretion to void a bet on legitimate grounds, including but not limited to: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, or events abandoned prior to the agreed settlement point.

Casino game outcomes on 777xb are determined by certified RNG engines (for non-live games) or by live dealer physical processes (for live casino titles). 777xb publishes RTP (Return to Player) information within each game where available. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

777xb reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or market-specific restrictions at any time and without prior notice where risk management or integrity concerns apply.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available on the 777xb Platform are subject to the specific Terms and wagering requirements stated with each promotion at the time of offer. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the promotional balance and are separate from withdrawable real-money funds until the applicable Wagering Requirement is met.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Unfulfilled Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion is available per person, per household, and per payment method.
• 777xb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bets placed using promotional credits that are later identified as fraudulent or in breach of these Terms will be voided.
• Abuse of promotions, including through coordinated multiple-account activity or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intention, will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and may result in Account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xb Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other users or with any party connected to events on which bets are placed.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any participation in or facilitation of corrupt activity relating to any event offered for betting on 777xb.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or acting as a proxy for another individual's betting activity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

Breaches of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 777xb Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual elements, is the property of 777xb or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the prior written consent of 777xb.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xb shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or third-party service provider outages.
• Decisions made by users on the basis of information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any content submitted by users or third parties accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 777xb's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data on the 777xb Platform is governed by the 777xb Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform you confirm that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Terms on matters of data protection, the Privacy Policy prevails.

12. Responsible Gaming

777xb is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All users are encouraged to gamble responsibly. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered 777xb user at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result.

13. Termination

777xb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or risk management decisions. In such cases:

• Pending bets may be settled at 777xb's discretion or voided where appropriate.
• Verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds where wagering requirements remain unmet) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following investigation, unless subject to an active legal hold or regulatory requirement.
• 777xb will notify the User of account action where legally permissible to do so.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding financial obligations between the User and 777xb.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by 777xb. The User and 777xb both waive any right to a jury trial in relation to Platform disputes.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that the legal status of online gambling varies and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 777xb Platform is consistent with the laws applicable in your location.

15. Amendments

777xb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 777xb will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users through the contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
